If Trimo is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund of the product price. You can try the tool before deciding.

How to request a return

1. Contact us with your order number and tell us you would like to use the 30-day guarantee.
2. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
3. Return the tool and any supplied parts, cleaned for handling. We will refund the product price to your original payment method after the return has been received and checked.
